Does anyone know what the Taycan's bolt pattern is?

And have you seen any aftermarket offerings for rims yet? I feel like we should start seeing stuff from brands like TechArt and Speedart, etc.

The bolt pattern should be 5x130 @St00k. That goes for all the trim levels. I wonder how many different places have wheels that would fit at the moment.

These were shared already in other threads. Vossen and ANRKY seem to have wheels that'll fit the Taycan

If you're looking for flow form wheels or wheels off the shelf the specifics of who can make you wheels to fit your vehicle are limited to those who stock the larger diameter higher offset wheels the Taycans run, but if you are buying fully forged / multi-piece custom wheels, anyone who manufactures them should 100% be able to give you 130 pcd on any design they offer in any configuration.
