As much as the Taycan is designed to hug the road, its AWD engineer displayed what drifting one is like. Aside from the cool drift demonstration, the engineer also provides inside into how the AWD setup and related components work together. Its first hand experience you can't find anywhere else at the moment, so you'll want sit through the 11 minutes.

"Christian, the Porsche Taycan AWD engineer and former Porsche Panamera engineer takes MotoMan around the Porsche Experience Center in Atlanta in a 750 HP pre-production 2020 Porsche Taycan Turbo S. They not only talk specs, but Christian demonstrates them with multiple drifts and launch control starts. He also provides insidght into how Porsche approached building its first ever FULL electric car . . . An episode definitely not to be missed!"

Here's another cool video with one of the Porsche engineers driving the Taycan around the Porsche Experience Center in Atlanta. I believe this video is with the person responsible for the ABS and the brake regeneration.

I did not expect the engineer to say that he drives a C3 Corvette . It's great to see the engineers getting a chance to show off their hard work like this.
