DragTimes on YouTube got to do some performance testing with the Taycan Turbo S and Turbo to see how they compare with each other. He goes through tests like 1/4 mile, 1/8 mile, 0-60 MPH, and 0-130 MPH tests.
Here are the results that he was able to get. What really stands out is how much the charge levels can affect the car. The Turbo S had a 57% charge and the Turbo had a 91% charge and they posted similar numbers.

1/8 mile - 6.95 seconds @ 99.86 mph
