Porsche Taycan Turbo S Is the Third-Quickest Car Car and Driver's Ever Tested
Car and Driver tested the performance of the Taycan Turbo and according to their numbers its the third quickest car they've tested (from 0-60 mph).
The two cars ahead of it, Porsche 918 Spyder (0-60 in 2.1 seconds) and the Lamborghini Huracán Performante (0-60 in 2.3 seconds).
The Turbo S they tested went from 0-60 mph in 2.4 seconds and reached a quarter-mile in 10.5 seconds at 130 mph, the exact same time as the 1001-hp Bugatti Veyron 16.4.
Compared to the Model S it's hard to say because the article says that Car and Driver last tested the Model S in 2015 where the Model S P90D went from 0-60 in 2.7 seconds and the quarter-mile in 11.1 seconds at 120 mph.
