A Taycan Turbo competed in a 500 km EV endurance race called “Ignitis ON: get to know Lithuania!” in Druskininkai, Lithuania.

With a time of 5 hours 47 minutes and 14 seconds, it finished second in the race, which is a very strong performance. The winner was a Tesla Model 3 that finished in in 5 hours 46 minutes and 7 seconds.

Interestingly enough, it was the first time that Porsche and Tesla competed in this race.

wow .. all this fuss about 1 min difference, basically the Model 3 had the Taycan in its rear view mirror kissing its bumper across the finish line.. the real story here is that the Taycan had to charge only 1 time with its given EPA rating and complete 500km challenge vs the Model 3 with a EPA rating over 500km which should have completed the challenge without charging.. 1min is chickenshit, an embarrassment to the Tesla Model 3 and all of its claims of being a better EV by fanbois.
