Porsche Electric Race Car
So Volkswagen announced today that their motorsport division (Volkswagen Motorsport) is no longer going to develop race cars with ICEs. Which is pretty cool to see because the ID.R is insanely fast.
With that being said, I wonder if Porsche will eventually follow suit from their parent company. I'd be more than happy to see more electric race cars come from Porsche because their Formula E car is incredible. Whether it's an electric hypercar like the 918 successor or a more race-focused Taycan it would be a much welcomed addition to the lineup.
Also, does anyone else want to see a showdown between the ID.R and the Formula E car?
