We knew that one of Porsche's next EV's would be an SUV, and they have since announced it will in fact be the Macan. It will join their electric portfolio in the next few years and early reports say we could see it as soon as 2022. While I cannot recall being in a stock/mostly stock model of either that lacked any of these features, most are options (seat heaters are a seperate option, and the memory seats come with the full electric option if I recall). The outside temperature is standard in most cars at present and don't think the Porsche is an exception (sure all of this is spelled out on the Porsche website, or can be quickly confirmed when ordering at the dealer).
