Per my Rep today - Porsche Bellevue received the following build slots:

2x Turbo
4x Turbo S
14x 4S

more build slots expected next month. I have taken myself out of the picture for the 1st builds and got reassigned for a Taycan Turbo S slot for June 2020 cycle due to more options available at that date. I remain on #1 slot for Cross Turismo Q4 2020
