Poor dealer and factory service

My ‘22 Sprt Tourismo 4s has suffered battery mailfunction so it is at the dealership. It took quite a while for the factory to come back to the dealer with what to do, the dealer cannot provide me with replacement transport as well as the importer. I do a lot of miles with my car because of my job so I am transport reliant. The dealer cannot say when he can provide something so I am on my own. To me this is no sort of customerservice. They gladly take money from sales
But when it comes down to service…….BS. Apparently they are out of replacement cars because there are many Taycan with battery issues…….think twice before you buy I am sorry to say after being brand fan for over 40 years
