Hello everyone,

I am new to this forum, but I just got delivery of my 4s last week. However my PCM is no longer “active”. It isn’t connecting and keeps saying “activation is being processed” for the last week.

I was told to reset my PCM but I can’t figure that out anywhere. I also contacted Porsche technical and they don’t seem to know how either. People say to keep info button down, but there is no physical info button and when I try on the dash, it just changes to reorder icons.

Anyone have an idea how to reset the PCM on the taycan?
The car drives amazing but the PCM has a lot to improve on. Thanks ahead of time. This forum has been great to follow. Appreciate anyone’s insight.

I had the same issue and it lasted a week. A message was sent to Germany by the dealer to work on it from the server side.
