I noticed that the Taycan Turbo S PCCB rotors have surface (micro) cracks on the ceramic coating.
I tried to get more details regarding the technical spec of the ceramic coating but nobody seems to know which material has been used.
These rotors are clearly different from the other PCCB rotors installed on other models, 911 GT3 and alike.
The Taycan Turbo S PCCB surface is much smoother, and the "cracks" pattern is very different.
It seems to me that they used a new type of surface coating on this model.
I would be curious to know if these cracks will be a problem on the long run.
TIA
