BMW has filed a design with Brazil's IPO for a Rolls Royce design. It was filed in Brazil in March with a prior filing in Germany Sept. 18, 2019.

It looks kind of like a Phantom Coupe, with two very squinty headlights over two round ones. The rear looks different, sweeping up slightly at the bottom. There's something odd with the roof as well. The back of it slopes down and away from the rear pillars, leaving a gap.

The trunk has a different color to it, with a lined surface. It also looks like it has a gap that runs down the middle of it, suggesting that it opens like a pair of cabinet doors, hinged at the left and right, or it could be hinged down the middle, like a gull wing.

My guess is this is a custom one-off, perhaps intended for the postponed Concorso d'Eleganza.
A 'successor' to the Sweptail?

Very cool. That rear end looks like a yacht. I have to think it's just a concept car.... but you never know.

I would aspire to own this car if it was a full EV. All the style of a Rolls-Royce coupe, with the technology that I am convinced is the future. It's hard to go back to driving a gas vehicle once you've experienced modern EVs.

Like the Sweptail that sold for $13 million, its a one-off created for a special connoisseur of the brand.
