I noticed some options are tagged with 'Porsche Exclusive Manufaktur', does this mean if I were to order one, I'd have to order from a special Porsche dealer?
Is it even possible to put an order on a new Taycan RWD with custom options at MSRP?
I know the dealers around me are getting them in this Friday. I hope to test drive one on Sunday.

Ordering my first Porsche next week (RWD Taycan). Anyone have any luck negotiating with their dealer or am I stuck with MSRP on a made-to-order?

Porsche is build to order only. So they don't need to discount stocked cars. And demand is very high!

What you can try:

• if you finance via Porsche FS, you (here) get a 3% bonus; I died that and you can then, after the first rate, just payback
• other models (4S or Turbo S) might receive some discount

Thanks VERY much for the tip . . . I contacted Costco and they put me in touch with a dealer who gives a 4% discount on Taycans. Any other potential Porsche buyers take notice!

I was given a 2.5% reduction on the MSRP by the dealer.
