The Taycan does not have a spare tire. But, there is specific space in the front trunk for a portable air pump and a sealant can in case you get a flat. But my car came with neither, but the manual has instructions on their use. Did anyone get these in their front trunk? What do we do if we get a flat after business hours.

The sealant and tire pump are a $70 option code 1G8.

There are really good tire inflators on Amazon and they run around $20. They plug into your ports in the center console or the trunk and they work fine. Sealant is hugely discouraged by tire experts. It appears to ruin the tire and eliminate the chance to patch it properly. Hopefully a flat tire can be inflated enough to reach a tire store.

My sales person told me this is an option you purchase from the dealer after receiving the car rather than when ordering.
