My Porsche App won't connect with my Taycanne...again.

This happened back in January. There is a slash through the arrows on the screen in the car which I know means it is not sending info to the app. I don't know how or why, but the last time it resolved on it's own last time. I can't recall how much time went by because I just didn't think about it. This time I'm wondering what any of you have done to resolve it. I have tried several things including deleting and reinstalling the app, even once while in the car with it on. Anyone?
