The 2021 Porsche Taycan 4S is how Porsche slowly moves downmarket with their product. Lat last year, they launched the Turbo and Turbo S, two rocket sleds that warp the bank account just as fast as they warp the brain. Those are absurd vehicles. The 4S has a much more "reasonable" 562 horsepower and 479 lb/ft with the optional larger (93 kwh) battery, as we have here. You can also get a smaller (79 kwh) battery and save some money and some weight, at the expense of both power and range. But starting at $110,000, as opposed to the Turbo's $170,000, and still featuring completely bonkers performance stats, the Taycan 4S is really the one you want to buy.
