Drivers who live in police states will find it handy where the speed limit changes and cops are looking for drivers not reducing speed. I drive with my foot on the accelerator and moderate any reduction in speed.

It's a waste. The thing kept lowering my set speed all the time. I turned it off and haven't used it in over a year.

Get a good radar detector and some "shifters".

You can disable the speed changes and still use it....

I find it a poor imitation os Tesla (had two Teslas before Taycan), but nice enough to have on the highway for long trips. The stop signs and curves recognition is at best flip of a coin, and it slows down way too much to negotiate seemingly lame curves. On the interstate driving over three hours, is nice.

When a municipal cop gives you a ticket for not slowing down to 25 you will wish you left it on. I am from a police state where muni cops are always looking for drivers over the speed linit.
Always have my foot on the accelerator pedal to mitigate slowing down.
