I fear it is very hard to retro fit. Ask the dealer!

Anytime you want to add something after the fact with Porsche's it get very expensive.

Really depends what it is.
Some things are surprisingly cheap (once added interior surveillance for 100 bucks to a 911)
But HUD's a big deal I guess.
