CarAdvice got a chance to interview the Taycan's platform director, Dr. Bernd Propfe, sometime before the Nurburgring time was released and the world debut.

They talk about some interesting things like the Taycan's tech features (digital screens, automatic air vents, and storing driver profiles in the car), marketing the car to customers, if there will be a convertible version, and why the put the fake exhausts on the test cars.

Porsche has started giving the Taycan's engineers some screen time and I hope that continues.

I watched that video last night and it was a really good interview! I love that these guys are getting to talk about the car after all those years of work and development.
