Hello. My Porsche Taycan 4S ran perfectly all day, plugged it in last night (was at 23%) and this am it won’t response to the app, won’t open with either key or anything. It’s like it’s locked out or completely dead which I know it is not. Any suggestions? Service is closed today.

Ugh, I think you are right. I was able to use the emergency release to get the charger out which is a bonus. I’m waiting to see if they can send a tech with a charger to jump the 12V. Fingers crossed...

Same thing happen to me with my Taycan4S. It is a 12volt battery issue with how the vehicle is charged. See attachment.

Same problem here. Had to go through the jump start process for the 12v.. Waiting on a software fix from Porsche.

Thank you! You are exactly right. The dealership charged the 12V and the car woke right up. They told us to disable the 11pm-6am charging function on the app until Porsche can get the fix in place.
