I’m replacing my Porsche Mobile Charger Connect with a Wallbox Pulsar Plus and need to figure out how to detach the handle dock from the wall. It’s two pieces where one piece is screwed onto the wall and then a cover snaps over the first piece (see the bad picture of instructions). There must be tabs that need to be depressed to remove the cover and I don’t remember where they are from the installation.

Can anybody provide some help or if you have a PMCC that’s not installed look at the dock and let me know what you see?

I may run by my dealer and see if they have any for me to look at.

Hi - I am running into the same issue. Do you use force to pull it off? I can’t see to pull it off the wall .

Do you pull away from the wall? Go upwards?

It pulls off from the top by the wall. The bottom kind of acts as a hinges for this process, so it pulls out and down from the top. There are 3 tabs inside on the top that lock it on and a good amount of force can pop it off. You can use a screw driver, a paint lid opener, a small pry bar, maybe a hammer claw.

I took some pictures of mine taken apart, but I’m not sure it will help. Regardless, I’ll post them soon

It takes a bit of force. Just ramp up the force as you go. Don’t be afraid of breaking anything.
