Battery Cell Failure Means No Vehicle Indefinitely, How do you get Porsche’s Attention?

Porsche customer services has not gotten back to me in 9 days and despite a letter begging for help fedexed to the factory. What do I do?

What do I do as my vehicle ages and the cells naturally begin to fail to hold a charge?Can anyone help?
