1). The Beetle which I bought in the 1980s as my first car actually was able to make it to 65mph!!! Bought it for $900....wish I still had it!
2). 1982 Porsche SC Targa....my first Porsche! Great car, interior similar to the Beetle, but falling apart
3). 1991 Acura NSX....amazing car, slower than a Porsche, but fear was the only limitation on mountain slaloms! WOW!
4). 1998 Porsche Carrera Convertible....beautiful car....biggest lemon....seems like something broke down EVERY time I drove the car!
5). 2002 Porsche Carrera Convertible....amazing car....great handling...bought new owned it 12 years and only the rear taillight replacement was repaired!
6). 2004 Porsche Cayenne S....wonderful SUV, bought new ut was so nice I didn't use it as a truck....old lady ran redlight on her way to church, literally, and totaled it. Hit each other at over 45MPH at 90degrees! Walked out with not a scratch on me in 2007! Then bought old
7). 2003 Acura MDX.....still own it! 250,000 miles with only replacing brakes, tires batteries and steering sway bars.....AMAZING quality!!
8). 2013 Boxster S...bought new....wonderful beautiful car. NO repairs, only door latch broke once! Think I will keep this car even after buying the Taycan
Put $2500 deposit down for Taycan in January 2019
Plan on buying Tesla Y in 2022....or Macan EV if Y not yet out in 2022
