Does anyone know what to do when the app and car won't connect to each other? I updated the app, but still won't connect.
I’ve had this problem and their was a hardware failure that prevented the Taycan from sending or receiving data over the internet.Does anyone know what to do when the app and car won't connect to each other? I updated the app, but still won't connect.

There are indicator symbols on the top right portion of your PCM screen. Look for a symbol with right and left pointing arrows. If there is a diagonal slash through those two arrows then data is not being exchanged and your My Connect App can’t connect to theTaycan.
