Does anyone know what to do when the app and car won't connect to each other? I updated the app, but still won't connect.
I’ve had this problem and their was a hardware failure that prevented the Taycan from sending or receiving data over the internet.

There are indicator symbols on the top right portion of your PCM screen. Look for a symbol with right and left pointing arrows. If there is a diagonal slash through those two arrows then data is not being exchanged and your My Connect App can’t connect to theTaycan.

It connected again on its own, but thanks for the info. It's happened before and I didn't have anyone to ask. I'll check that next time.
