I am only getting 165 miles on 85% charge. I mostly drive in Normal mode. Drive on the freeway/ toll roads 80% of the time @80-85 MPH. I have seen here and other forums ppl saying they get 250 miles or more on a full charge.. how is that possible ? I use my home charger, no fast charging. (If that even makes a difference)

some people claim of getting close to 300 miles on a full charge. try slowing down a bit and see if that improves your range

Your use of accessories, strongly affects your range. During the summer, with accessories off and in Range mode, I can get about 316 miles. In the winter, using A/C and heated seats, it drops down to about 280.
This is a 2020 4S with the large battery.

and the ambient outside temps play no role?
afaik, the AC doesn't consume a tremendous amount of range while using the heating will use outsized amounts of range

I think Range is all over the place. I have a 2020 Turbo S. When I first got the car it said 250 @ 85%. After 22 months, only home charging, mostly city driving, Florida heat, I am getting 235 miles at 90% charging. It is tolerable but not great. I usually charge it every other day.

Yes, and your driving style strongly affects one's mileage.

I would see as low as 145 miles @ 85% charge in winter months. I drove in ECO, Normal mode and used seat heaters and steering wheel heating. I drove it like a "normal" car.

I drive it exactly the same way now as I did 22 months ago. It is battery degrading that has brought it down.
Wouldn't surprise me. My car got better range when I first got it. After the 1st major software update, my car actually got worse range. And it seemed to get worse, gradually, as time went on. I had the main battery "tested" by Porsche in mid 2020 and it came back at 93%. They told me that was normal.....BTW, Porsche will NOT allow the dealers to test the battery health and give that information to the owners anymore.

Also, I sold my car at the 23 month mark of ownership.
