It is an excellent solution. I went a different way and bought a ClipperCreek 40 Amps, Level 2, 240 Volts, HCS-D50P Dual EV Charger NEMA 6-50 Plug, Up to 38 Miles per Hour of Charge, 2x25 Ft Cables, Indoor/Outdoor Use, from Amazon. It is still using your original single outlet, but will charge 2 cars at once. It is much more expense at about $1,700, but doesn't require adding an outlet. It works flawlessly also, and has choices as to the plug type.

It will charge 1 car at maximum 38 miles per hour or 2 cars at 19 miles per hour and once one is completed will automatically change and charge the car that's not finished at 38 miles an hour. It works flawlessly, but has no internet or phone integration. It just does what it says.
