Porsche Taycan Specs

I've hunted around the internet to track down all the most accurate and up-to-date specs on the Porsche Taycan I could find.
Things keep changing quickly with new information popping up all the time, and I'll be sure to update this list as that happens.



Horsepower: 600+ hp
Torque: 737 lb-ft+
0-60: 3.1 seconds (actual test from Automobile magazine using the Taycan Cross Turismo Prototype)
Quarter Mile: 12 seconds
Top speed: 155+ mph

Engine/Motor: Two permanent magnet synchronous motors (PSMs), similar to those in the 919 Hybrid that won Le Mans, propel the car and recover energy when braking. One of them powers the rear axle, the other the front axle.

Battery: 105 kWh liquid-cooled, lithium-ion battery with 800 Volt DC fast charging capability

Drivetrain: variable all-wheel drive system with Porsche Torque Vectoring

Not sure where you are getting 105kwh, everything I've seen has said 90kwh. Also the 15min charge for 248miles is a guess based on a guess, and extrapolated.
They have said peak 60+ miles for a 4 min charge. so you based on your entire charge speed on that number? Come on man, there's no need to inflate numbers to try and make Porsche look better.
If you have sources, list them please. Thanks!

I thought it was 90 kwh as well but then I read this

That's just the prototype, but I guess there is no actual Taycan yet, so it's possible.


Numerous articles quote the 248 mile recharge in just 15 minutes, including Cars.com a pretty reliable source:
